About Shotaro (Sho) Dabbs
Aloha, I’m Shotaro Dabbs, a Waikiki native whose life has been shaped by the unique challenges and strengths of our community. From witnessing my father’s incarceration and homelessness to experiencing the tireless determination of my single mother, these experiences have instilled a deep commitment within me to serve our community.
Why I’m Running
I am running for office because I believe everyone deserves a fair chance at a life where they can thrive, not just survive. Our keiki should feel loved and supported, no matter their background. Having lived through difficult circumstances myself. I deeply understand the struggles that many of us face. I am committed to creating a community where opportunity andcompassion are the priority.
